Wellbeing is about feeling good and functioning well

Wellbeing is about more than just having good physical and mental health. When we experience postive wellbeing we have feelings of contentment, enjoyment and engagement. We experience positive relationships, have some control over our life, a sense of purpose and generally feel able to deal with life’s challenges and setbacks.

What promotes Wellbeing?

We want to get back to a common sense approach that acknowledges the very real impact the world around us has on both our wellbeing and our mental health.
