Jon's been multitasking...

Jon and Sadie

I didn't manage to do any of the structured runs in Lanzarote, I did however do a couple of runs along the beach front to keep me ticking over. Still going strong with the running and have now started to encorporate road runs into my training over the last few weeks including the ones on holiday. Hannah (the wife) thought I was crazy running in that heat but heyho.

I have let myself have a couple of days off over Christmas but was back putting in the miles on Tuesday with Sadie in tow!!! (The wife went to the sales and I needed fresh air to get her to sleep because she seems to think time with Daddy is always play time).

I'm feeling good and fresh heading into the New Year for a change. I am really looking forward to hitting this head on. Only 110 days to go until the London Marathon and It's going to be 16 weeks of hell but I'm really looking forward to it!

If you would like to support me and the team then please follow this link and donate. All proceeds are going to Carlisle Eden Mind's Suicide Prevention work.

All the best for 2017. Let's do this!
