We welcome feedback, comments and complaints from users of services and our buildings. This is an important way for us of finding out when we are doing things right, or when need to improve what we do.

You can leave feedback via our Contact Us form, or at any of our offices, shops or cafe. If you are a user of one of our services staff and volunteers will give you regular opportunities to feed back about your experience of being supported.

If you wish to make a complaint about any of our services or staff a copy of our complaints policy can be found below. We take all complaints very seriously and can arrange independent advocacy support to aid you through the complaints process where necessary.
